Service

We service all brands of equipment.  If you don’t see your particular brand of equipment listed as equipment we sell, don’t worry.  We service all brands and carry many “universal” parts on our service vans.  We also have relationships with all major manufacturers to quickly source parts or technical information.

Don’t hesitate to call us for help 920-337-0961.

How to Save Money on Service
Gas Leak or Smell Gas? – Please call Wisconsin Public Service or 911 Emergency Services Immediately!  We can assist you in correcting the problem, but you need to eliminate any risk associated with a gas leak as quickly as possible.

Heating Checklist – If you have a “no heat” situation, use our Heating Checklist to be sure you really need help from a trained technician (it could save you $).

Cooling Checklist – If you have a “no cooling” condition, use our Cooling Checklist to be sure you really need help from a trained technician.

Evening or Weekend Service Charges – Our evening or weekend service charges are higher than our regular rates to help offset costs associated with having a Service Technician “on call”.  If possible, see if there is another safe source of heat to get you through until regular charges apply.  If not, you may want to consider purchasing an  Energy Savings Agreement to eliminate the charge associated with after hours repairs.  Our Service Technician can give you the details.

Energy Savings Agreement – An ESA is the best way to purchase seasonal maintenance for your system.  Regular maintenance will reduce the chance of a system breakdown.  In addition, an ESA qualifies you for discounts on repairs and eliminates emergency service charges on after hours and weekend service calls.

24/7 Emergency Service
Call us at 920-337-0961 anytime.  Our “On Call” Service Tech will call you back in 15 minutes or less!

Trained, Experienced, Professional Service Technicians
All our Service Technicians have attended service training classes and continue to update their training as technologies advance. They have many years of heating, ventilating and air conditioning experience.  In addition, they have other technical resources to access, if necessary, to assure the best possible service.

Trip & Diagnostic Fee  What does a service call cost?

Up Front Pricing
Our Service Technician will diagnose your problem and recommend a repair procedure.  He will quote you an “Up Front” price for the repair and ask you to approve the repair before he performs the actual service work.  This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and completely understand the failure and repair BEFORE the work is done.  He will gladly show his repair rate schedule (Open Book!) if you would like.  Ask him about an Energy Savings Agreement if he hasn’t already mentioned it.

Well-Stocked and Maintained Service Vans
Each of our service vans carries an extensive inventory of parts and tools in an effort to minimize the time spent repairing your system.

Temporary Heat for Emergency Situations
We can provide temporary heaters to use – free of charge – until your system can be repaired or replaced.  Call us for service or a replacement estimate.

Payment Terms – Our service & maintenance payment terms are exact cash, check or credit card payment due upon completion of the service call.
