Heating Precision Tune-up
Our Ultimate Precision Furnace Tune-Up consists of our technician thoroughly cleaning and/or visually inspecting the following:
- Check for Carbon Monoxide
- Examine Vent and Flue Pipe
- Check for Gas Leaks
- Check for Proper Combustion
- Electrical Connections
- Check for Cracks in Heat Exchanger
- Pilot/Igniter Assembly
- Vacuum Interior of Furnace
- Belt/Blower Operation
- Clean and Wax Exterior of Furnace
- Thermostat Accuracy
- Check Burner Operation
- Lubricate Motors (if applicable)
- Check Fire Box Condition
- Replace Standard Filter
- Ensure Proper Furnace Cycling
- Clean All Safety Sensors
Cooling Precision Tune-up
Our Ultimate Precision A/C Tune-Up consists of our technician thoroughly cleaning and/or visually inspecting the following:
- Monitor Refrigerant Charge
- Clean or Replace Standard Air Filter(s)
- Inspect Blower Components
- Check Thermostat Calibration (if applicable)
- Clean Condenser Coil
- Clean Condensate Drains
- Check Temperature Drop Across Coil
- Check Voltage
- Check for Refrigerant Leaks
- Lubricate Motors (if applicable)
- Tighten Electrical Connections
- Clean/Evaluate Evaporator Coil (if accessible)
- Check Contactor
- Wash Condenser w/Non-Acidic Cleaner
- Check Amps
